2. License to Use Tuning Files

Upon successful purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and apply the supplied tuning files on your own vehicle. These files are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit the files.

3. Intellectual Property

All tuning files, software, text, graphics, and logos are the intellectual property of The Tuning Portal or its licensors. No rights or title are transferred to you. All rights remain reserved.

4. Delivery and Acceptance

Tuning files are delivered digitally via a secure download link immediately after payment. It is your responsibility to maintain access credentials and not share the link. Downloaded files shall be deemed accepted once you click “Download.”

5. Payment & Refunds

All fees are payable in advance. All sales are final once files are downloaded or the license is activated, with no refunds, except at our sole discretion.

6. No Warranty

Files and services are provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee compatibility, performance improvements, or absence of defects. Use at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Tuning Portal is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, our tuning files or website.
